Neelley was raised in Denton, TX where she graduated high school with a hefty list of accomplishments in Fast-Pitch Softball and Rodeo. Having to put one love aside to pursue another she chose Rodeo and went on to compete at the collegiate level and then on to the professional ranks. She met her husband Bray on the rodeo circuit and they now reside in Gruver, TX with their two small children. She is an alumni from Howard Junior College, Texas A&M University, and Tarleton State University where she studied Psychology and Animal Science. Neelley still trains horses and ropes on the side but dedicates majority of her time now to her family and growing photography business.
